To promote leadership skills within our organization, I was asked to develop information on three leadership topics: Volunteerism, Workplace Motivation, and Earning Respect.
Rather than develop three one-pagers, I created information graphics that presented the information along a logical path with colorful graphics and easy-to-remember content.
I researched each topic to determine the most important content, I developed the information graphics, and I distributed the visual lessons (one per week) to our supervisors, branch chiefs, and team leads.
